You have a strong background in water utilities and project management, with a proven ability to collaborate closely with clients to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise spans all components of ArcGIS Enterprise, particularly ArcGIS Utility Network, allowing you to broaden the impact of GIS technology within the water utilities sector. You understand the workflows involved in water utilities, including operations, asset management, data management, field operations, and customer engagement, which helps you shape the evolution of our platform by identifying and implementing innovative patterns tailored to the industry's unique challenges.
You are a strategic thinker who provides thought leadership and promotes the adoption of Esri technology. Your role is pivotal in enabling customer success and supporting development and expansion into new domains. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside industry experts throughout Esri to help utilities modernize their geospatial infrastructure and optimize data management practices. You are dedicated to supporting our Utilities clients, with a strong emphasis on water utilities, and you are passionate about delivering solutions that empower customers to improve water distribution, sewer and stormwater collection, asset management practices, and service reliability in communities around the world.
Desirable
Experience with additional GIS technologies or certifications in project management would be beneficial. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in the water utilities sector is a plus, as is a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
