Who you are
You are an experienced GIS subject matter expert with a solid understanding of how GIS, mapping, and location analytics can modernize organizations within the water industry. You possess excellent communication skills and have experience presenting GIS topics to various stakeholders. You are adept at networking with industry influencers to promote and position GIS technology effectively. You understand financial, technological, and market factors that influence the water industry and can stay ahead of emerging trends.
You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working closely with industry managers, sales, and professional services teams to identify market opportunities. You are skilled in developing content that drives awareness and demand, such as webinars, customer success stories, and social media campaigns. You are passionate about leveraging technology to address existing and emerging challenges in the water sector.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist the Industry Manager in engaging with various teams, including marketing, sales, and professional services, to successfully deliver campaign tactics that promote Esri technology. You will develop a regular cadence of content that builds community and drives demand for GIS solutions in the water industry. You will support conferences and tradeshows, showcasing how GIS can transform water management practices.
You will be responsible for identifying programmatic priorities and market opportunities that align with business objectives. Your role will involve networking with industry influencers and stakeholders to position Esri as a thought leader in the water sector. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the marketing strategy effectively addresses the needs of the water industry.
