Who you are
You are an entry-level Data Scientist with a strong foundation in machine learning and data analytics — you have a keen interest in location intelligence and are eager to collaborate with customers to understand their unique challenges. Your technical expertise is complemented by excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
You possess a solid understanding of data mining and statistical techniques — you are comfortable working with large datasets and have experience in writing clean, collaborative code. Familiarity with Python is essential, as it will be your primary tool for developing data science solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will consult closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored data science solutions — you will map business problems to machine learning approaches, ensuring that your solutions are both effective and practical. You will build high-quality analytics systems that address customer challenges, utilizing techniques from data mining, statistics, and machine learning.
Your responsibilities will include performing feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter optimization to enhance the performance of your models.
