Who you are
You have 12 years of payroll experience, including a deep understanding of federal, state, and local employment tax regulations. Your expertise encompasses quarterly and year-end tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and company policies. You possess exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach, allowing you to prioritize demands effectively to meet deadlines. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to present information clearly and diplomatically to various stakeholders.
With over 3 years of supervisory experience, you have successfully managed teams, providing training and conducting performance reviews. You understand the importance of quality control in payroll processes and are adept at resolving any issues that may arise. Your hands-on style ensures that you remain engaged with the day-to-day operations while also focusing on strategic improvements.
What you'll do
As the Payroll Manager at Esri, you will take full responsibility for the timely and accurate processing of multi-state US payrolls. You will manage the payroll staff, overseeing their workloads and ensuring that they are well-trained and equipped to meet departmental objectives. Your role will involve collaborating closely with HR and accounting teams to foster successful partnerships and streamline payroll operations.
You will support payroll system upgrades and testing, ensuring that integrations with HR and timekeeping systems are seamless.
