Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in network analysis or a related field, with a strong understanding of fleet routing solvers and GIS techniques. Your organizational skills and proactive approach enable you to manage multiple tasks effectively while collaborating with development teams. You possess a keen eye for detail, allowing you to create comprehensive test cases that ensure the quality and performance of software solutions. Your ability to engage with customers helps you understand their real-world business problems, which you model using Esri's fleet routing functionality. You are familiar with data visualization techniques and can present testing results in a compelling manner. Your troubleshooting skills enable you to diagnose and resolve customer issues related to solution quality or performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will gain a thorough understanding of the fleet routing solvers and extend the suite of test cases to cover various features. You will create adversarial test cases to identify potential flaws in solution quality and monitor the performance, durability, and scalability of the solvers. Collaborating with development programmers, you will contribute to designing and building innovative functionalities. Engaging with customers, you will research and analyze their requests to define new solver requirements. Additionally, you will test and document recommended workflows for ArcGIS users and developers, ensuring that the solutions meet industry standards and customer expectations.
