Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience working with Esri products, including a solid understanding of ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, and Online. Your familiarity with deploying Esri Field Apps such as Field Maps, Survey 123, and Navigator makes you a valuable asset to our team. You thrive in agile environments and are passionate about creating intuitive mobile solutions that make a difference in critical situations.
You possess strong problem-solving skills and are adept at assessing product quality and release readiness. Your ability to identify and troubleshoot product issues ensures that our applications meet customer needs effectively. You advocate for users, representing their workflows in product design and delivery, which is crucial for our mission.
What you'll do
As part of the Field Apps team, you will develop, test, and release mobile and web applications that transform how organizations respond to critical challenges. You will assess product quality and readiness for release, ensuring that our solutions are robust and user-friendly. Your role will involve collaborating with product teams across ArcGIS to influence upcoming development and provide feedback on new software designs through design and implementation reviews.
You will also write and present conceptual topics, blog articles, and tutorials aimed at GIS staff and mobile workers, aiding in the deployment of our applications. Your contributions will help shape the future of our products and enhance the user experience.
