Who you are

You are detail-oriented and capable of following instructions meticulously to meet set plans and guidelines. You have experience in material handling processes and are comfortable operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across different teams.

You are familiar with various software applications, particularly SAP and MS Office, and can accurately enter data into computer systems. Your ability to maintain a clean work environment and monitor supply consumption demonstrates your commitment to operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage in diverse transactional tasks within the Product Operations Department, focusing on order processing and inventory control. You will handle materials across multiple functional areas, ensuring proper staging of finished goods and preparing documentation for shipments. Your responsibilities will include generating pick tickets and transfer orders from the SAP S/4 HANA system, coordinating with Customer Service for order creation and troubleshooting.

You will also administer operational programs such as cycle counts and reporting for inventory management. Conducting cycle counts to uphold inventory accuracy will be a key part of your duties, along with utilizing a computer scanner to archive paperwork into the SAP ERP system. Your role will require effective written and verbal communication for timely updates and follow-ups.
