What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and deliver training programs in various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid offerings. Your primary goal will be to enhance users' proficiency in ArcGIS software, both domestically and internationally. You will work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and tailor your training sessions accordingly. By providing ongoing support and guidance, you will help users overcome challenges and grow their skills.

You will also collaborate with organizations to expand the use of ArcGIS maps and applications, ensuring that they can leverage GIS technology to its fullest potential. Your contributions will support customers across various industries, including Defense and Intelligence, Public Safety, and Health and Human Services. You will play a crucial role in enabling customers to establish sustainable GIS workflows and operations, ultimately enhancing their productivity and confidence in using ArcGIS.
