What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and deliver training programs through various formats, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid offerings. You will identify and address skill gaps through targeted training sessions and workshops, ensuring that users gain confidence in their ArcGIS capabilities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with customers to understand their needs and providing ongoing support to enhance their GIS workflows.

You will also stay informed about the latest GIS trends and technologies, incorporating this knowledge into your training content. By fostering a dynamic learning environment, you will empower users to maximize their productivity and effectively utilize ArcGIS maps and applications across their organizations. Your contributions will support Esri customers across various industries, including Defense and Intelligence, Public Safety, and Health and Human Services.
