Who you are

You have over 5 years of marketing experience, particularly in business-to-business environments, and you understand the nuances of the Natural Resources sector. Your creativity and strategic thinking enable you to develop compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You possess strong project management skills, allowing you to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to. Your ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders ensures that campaigns are aligned with broader business objectives and effectively executed.

You are adept at creating campaign assets, including messaging, collateral, and digital content, that contribute to overall campaign success. Your experience in leading event messaging and execution as part of integrated campaign plans demonstrates your capability to drive industry goals. You are skilled in tracking campaign progress and managing activity reports, providing a holistic view of campaign performance to your team and stakeholders. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess ROI and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop and coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the Natural Resources sector. You will create campaign assets that include messaging, collateral, and digital content, ensuring they align with campaign goals. Leading and supporting event messaging and execution will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you work to achieve industry objectives through well-planned events and community-building activities. You will also support third-party campaigns, such as industry tradeshows and sponsorships, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Your role will involve collaborating with marketing and industry managers, as well as other stakeholders, to ensure predictable and successful tactical delivery. You will track campaign progress at every step, managing activity reports and ROI analytics to provide insights into campaign performance. By working closely with the marketing automation, analytics, creative lab, and events teams, you will establish best practices that optimize campaign performance and drive measurable success.
