Job Description
Who you are
You have over 12 years of relevant treasury experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of treasury operations and banking processes. Your expertise includes managing banking relationships and ensuring compliance with regulations such as Know Your Customer (KYC). You are skilled in coordinating resources and managing staff effectively, fostering a collaborative environment.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to interact frequently with internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to document processes in both written and visual formats is a key asset, ensuring clarity and compliance in treasury operations. You are adept at managing complex banking documentation for both domestic and international entities, showcasing your attention to detail and organizational skills.
What you'll do
As the Treasury Manager, you will serve as the primary technical contact for financial transaction research and process improvement initiatives. You will manage multiple banking and investment broker relationships, ensuring that all documentation is handled efficiently and accurately. Your responsibilities will include overseeing bank account and investment reconciliations, as well as creating and maintaining treasury control documentation.
You will also be responsible for managing the processing of Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and Bonds, ensuring that all applications are processed in a timely manner. Additionally, you will provide financial audit support, collaborating with auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Your role will require you to drive ERP and application-based technical initiatives, enhancing the efficiency of treasury operations.
