Your experience includes overseeing treasury operations and implementing policies that support business needs while mitigating financial risks. You thrive in cross-functional roles and enjoy collaborating with various teams to drive long-term growth. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to build and maintain cash flow forecasts effectively. You are also adept at preparing reports for senior management and the Board, ensuring that all financial activities align with the company's strategic goals.
What you'll do
As a Treasury Manager at TripActions, you will play a critical role in overseeing treasury operations and shaping the company’s capital structure. You will build and maintain cash flow and free cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning and decision-making. Your responsibilities will include assisting in balance sheet forecasting and capital planning tied to warehouse activity and business growth. You will help prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting for senior management and the Board, establishing and implementing policies and controls relating to cash movement, banking, and treasury operations. You will manage the banking structure and bank accounts globally, maintaining and tracking the bank register and other regulatory requirements. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring access to capital and optimizing balance sheet efficiency, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
