Your ability to manage documentation throughout the software development cycle ensures that all requirements are met for successful software releases.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate with software engineers to produce and maintain documentation that covers conceptual topics and step-by-step workflows. You will support a variety of user assistance materials, including installed and online help, tutorials, blog articles, and videos. Your contributions will help create a consistent and intuitive experience across software and user assistance content.
You will be part of a user assistance team that produces content aligned with Esri's style guidelines, ensuring a cohesive user experience. Additionally, you will provide functionality feedback and participate in usability testing as part of a product development team. Your ability to create and maintain a network with product management and marketing team members will be crucial in delivering high-quality user assistance materials.
