What you'll do

In this role, you will become a subject matter expert on Esri's GIS software products, producing and maintaining documentation that covers conceptual topics and step-by-step workflows. You will champion a variety of user assistance materials, including online help, tutorials, blog articles, and videos, ensuring that users have access to the information they need to succeed.

You will work closely with product management and marketing teams to create a consistent and intuitive experience across software and user assistance content. Your collaboration with software engineers will help you envision and implement effective documentation strategies that align with user needs and best practices.
