Overview

Everbridge is hiring an IT Help Desk Support Engineer to provide technical support for end-user hardware and software. This remote position requires alignment with US working hours and offers the opportunity to mentor junior team members.

Who you are

You have a solid background in providing technical support for end-user hardware and software, with experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues. You are comfortable assisting in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software, and you enjoy mentoring junior IT team members to help them grow in their roles. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service is key to your success in this position.

What you'll do

As an IT Help Desk Support Engineer at Everbridge, you will be responsible for providing intermediate-level technical support to end users. You will diagnose and troubleshoot various technical issues, ensuring that users have the support they need to resolve their problems efficiently. You will assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software, playing a crucial role in maintaining the technology that keeps the organization running smoothly. Additionally, you will mentor junior IT End User Technologist team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them develop their skills and confidence in providing support.
