You have a proven track record as a Creative Director, with experience in leading creative teams and managing projects from conception to execution. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising and Marketing, to ensure consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints. You think strategically and can translate complex ideas into actionable plans that drive results. You are passionate about ethical practices and sustainability in the fashion industry, aligning with Everlane's mission to create a cleaner and more conscious brand.
What you'll do
As the Creative Director at Everlane, you will oversee the creative team, guiding the vision and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing and E-Commerce teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans that resonate with customers and drive engagement. Your role will involve analyzing campaign results and using insights to refine future strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring that every piece of creative work reflects Everlane's core values of transparency, accessibility, and inclusivity. You will lead brainstorming sessions, providing conceptual direction and feedback to your team while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. What we offer
Everlane offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $195,000 for this role, reflecting the Los Angeles geographic area.
