You have a strong background in People Operations, with experience in managing employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding. You understand the importance of creating a positive employee experience and are skilled in developing programs that enhance engagement and retention.

You are data-driven and have a knack for using metrics to inform decisions and improve processes. Your ability to partner with leadership to support benefits administration and compliance ensures that the organization remains compliant while fostering a supportive work environment.

You thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with various teams to implement effective People Operations strategies. Your attention to detail and organizational skills help you manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on the employee experience.

Desirable

Experience in retail or corporate environments is a plus, as is familiarity with HR software and systems that streamline People Operations processes. You are adaptable and open to learning new tools that can enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll do

As the People Operations Manager, you will own and continuously improve core People Operations programs, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and internal mobility. You will partner with the VP of People to support benefits administration, leaves of absence, and open enrollment, ensuring that all processes are accurate and compliant.

You will oversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring that all team members have a seamless experience from their first day to their last. Your role will involve analyzing data to drive better decisions and creating processes that work for a modern, retail-driven organization.

You will also be responsible for developing and implementing performance management processes that align with the company's goals and values. This includes training managers on effective performance reviews and feedback mechanisms to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
