Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in engineering management, particularly in infrastructure and operations — you've successfully led teams in high-growth environments and understand the intricacies of IT operations, DevOps, and security engineering. Your technical background allows you to remain close to the work while effectively managing and growing your team.

Your experience in developing incident response playbooks ensures that your teams are prepared for any challenges that arise.

You are a collaborative leader who values cross-functional partnerships — you work closely with security, compliance, and product engineering teams to define and execute a cohesive roadmap. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders helps drive alignment and success across the organization.

You thrive in a startup culture and are willing to get your hands dirty — you understand the importance of building strong teams and durable practices in a fast-paced environment. Your hands-on approach to leadership fosters a culture of accountability and innovation.

Desirable

Experience with AI technologies or digital health solutions is a plus — you understand how to leverage technology to transform healthcare experiences and improve patient outcomes. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector will also be beneficial.
