EverQuote is hiring a People Operations Manager to bridge global strategy and local execution in Belfast. You'll act as a strategic partner to local management and lead talent acquisition efforts. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and experience in HR operations.

Who you are
As a People Operations Manager, you have a strong background in HR processes and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. You excel in strategic business partnership, providing coaching and operational support to drive site effectiveness. Your experience in talent acquisition allows you to attract top-tier candidates and represent the employer brand effectively in the local market. You are adept at aligning local objectives with global strategies, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives. You understand the importance of data integrity and compliance in HRIS implementations, and you are committed to training your team on these systems.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the primary People Partner to the Belfast Site Lead, providing coaching and operational support to enhance site effectiveness. You will align local objectives with the Global People Roadmap, ensuring that initiatives are executed smoothly across the region. Your responsibilities will include actively networking within the local talent ecosystem to attract candidates and representing EverQuote at local events to build a robust talent pipeline. You will also lead the implementation of the Global HRIS project, ensuring that the specific needs of the Northern Ireland site are met during the design and rollout phases.
