You have a strong background in digital marketing with a focus on paid media optimization — your experience includes managing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. You thrive on maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) and have a proven track record of meeting pipeline targets through strategic retargeting and account nurturing. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret performance metrics and attribution models effectively, driving data-driven decisions that enhance campaign performance.
You are passionate about testing and iterating on marketing strategies — you understand that the essence of performance marketing lies in continuously optimizing to achieve better results than yesterday. You excel in translating campaign visions into actionable digital strategies that resonate with target audiences. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that campaign strategies align with overall business objectives.
You are familiar with account-based marketing (ABM) principles and have experience utilizing sophisticated platforms like 6sense to execute targeted campaigns. Your ability to reach the right accounts at the right time with the right message is a key strength that sets you apart in the field of performance marketing. You are driven by results and are eager to take ownership of a comprehensive paid digital ecosystem.

What you'll do
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Expel, you will take complete ownership of our paid digital ecosystem, which includes search, social, display, and retargeting campaigns. You will have significant budgetary control and a direct impact on revenue generation. Your role will involve developing and executing innovative account-based strategies that elevate our paid digital game and drive pipeline growth.
You will collaborate with the campaigns team to celebrate paid media wins and make data-driven decisions that inform future strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on insights, and ensuring that our marketing efforts align with our overall business goals.
