Overview

Deliveroo is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to drive rider acquisition through innovative digital campaigns. You'll work with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads in a hybrid role based in London. This position requires a strong analytical background and collaboration skills.

Who you are

You have a proactive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment β€” taking initiative to achieve outcomes is second nature to you. You’re analytical and proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, allowing you to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across marketing, creative, technology, and data science teams.

You have experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing campaigns across Search, Paid Social, and Job platforms. Your ability to create innovative digital campaigns is complemented by your understanding of rider acquisition strategies. You thrive on data-driven decision-making and are comfortable using analytics to inform your marketing strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end planning, activation, and reporting for all digital acquisition channels. You will manage best-in-class channel planning and execution across Search, Social, and Job Boards, ensuring that campaigns are optimized for maximum impact. Close collaboration with the creative, data science, and marketing technology teams will be essential as you work to secure rider applicants into Deliveroo's fleet.

You will employ an analytical approach to generate evidence-based recommendations and insights, driving continuous improvement in campaign performance. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing campaign results, and reporting on key performance indicators to stakeholders. You will also work closely with external agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.
