What you'll do

In this role, you will build and manage a team dedicated to implementing new integrations and providing technical support to ezCater's clients. You will oversee the configuration and testing phases of API implementation projects, ensuring that all integrations are functioning optimally. Your responsibilities will include establishing a plan to monitor integrations for errors and refining existing processes to enhance efficiency.

You will collaborate with various teams across the organization, including product management and engineering, to ensure that customer needs are met and that integrations align with business goals.
