ezCater is hiring a Product Manager for Supply Integrations to lead the development of API integrations that enhance B2B experiences. You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in API integrations or B2B solutions. You understand the importance of aligning product strategy with customer needs and have a knack for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, ensuring that everyone is on the same page throughout the product lifecycle.

Your experience includes working closely with engineering and operations teams to enhance product offerings and improve user experiences. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and user satisfaction.
Desirable
Experience with SaaS products or in the food technology sector would be a plus. Familiarity with POS systems and third-party integrations can help you hit the ground running in this role. A background in UX design or analytics can also enhance your ability to identify customer needs and develop effective solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the development of ezCater's API integrations portfolio, working closely with engineering and operations stakeholders to expand and enhance the impact of our integrations. You will collaborate with research, design, UX, and analytics teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions that delight our supply partners. Your responsibilities will include organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure the success of our integrations, defining product strategy, and aligning processes across various teams.
You will also be responsible for conducting user research to gather insights that inform product decisions and help shape the direction of our integrations. By leveraging data and analytics, you will track the performance of integrations and make recommendations for improvements. Your role will involve regular communication with external partners to ensure that our integrations meet their needs and expectations.
