Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Merchandising, Business, or a related field, and bring 2+ years of merchandising experience, preferably in a Planning/Buying role. Your advanced capabilities in Excel and retail math are essential for success in this position. You possess the ability to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from both quantitative and qualitative data, which will help you in your role as an Associate Merchandise Planner.
What you'll do
As an Associate Merchandise Planner at FabFitFun, you will build and manage complex reporting tools for Open to Buy, inventory, and e-commerce sale setups. You will complete ad hoc analysis and seasonal reporting to support category and total business initiatives. Your role will involve managing data integrity across multiple systems and maintaining files to support the larger merchandising team. You will own end-to-end planning processes and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, supporting and managing go-live preparations for e-commerce and product subscription programs. Additionally, you will support category planners in pre-season planning and in-season assortment management, with the opportunity to independently own a category as you develop in your role.
