Fable Security is hiring a Technical Account Manager to manage post-sale technical relationships with customers. You'll lead onboarding, drive adoption, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and a background in technical environments.

Who you are

You have a strong background in managing technical relationships, ideally with experience in cybersecurity or related fields. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, as you bridge the gap between customers and product teams. You thrive in high-velocity startup environments and are adept at onboarding and implementing solutions that drive customer success. Your analytical mindset allows you to surface product feedback and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that customers realize the full value of their investment.

You possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, which provides you with a solid foundation to understand complex technical concepts. Your experience in managing customer accounts has equipped you with the skills to foster long-term relationships and drive renewals and expansions. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Fable Security, you will own the post-sale technical relationship for a portfolio of customers. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring that customers are set up for success from day one. You will drive adoption of Fable's platform, helping customers to realize measurable ROI and reduce their time-to-value. By acting as the bridge between customers and our product and engineering teams, you will surface valuable feedback that informs product development and enhancements.

You will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that address their specific requirements. Your role will involve regular check-ins and performance reviews to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement. You will also be responsible for tracking key metrics and reporting on customer success, ensuring that Fable's solutions are delivering the expected outcomes.
