You are an experienced Technical Account Manager with a strong background in account management and project management, particularly within the contact center industry. You excel in building and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and proposing tailored solutions that optimize their use of Five9's platform. Your ability to articulate the value of services and products through effective presentations and discussions is a key strength. You are passionate about customer satisfaction and have a proven track record of enhancing operational effectiveness for clients.

Your experience in technical consulting allows you to educate and train clients on the administration and utilization of Five9 products, ensuring they achieve the maximum benefit from the solutions provided. Desirable

Experience in cloud contact center software is a plus, as is familiarity with customer experience strategies. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Five9, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients by providing excellent account management and technical consulting. You will partner with clients to understand their unique business needs and propose recommendations that enhance their operational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include conducting presentations and demonstrations of Five9's services and products, ensuring clients are well-informed and confident in utilizing our platform.
