Overview

FareHarbor is seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Marketing Analytics to enhance client experiences through data-driven insights. You'll work with SQL and Google Analytics to analyze marketing performance and support strategic decisions.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in marketing analytics, where you've developed a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making processes. Your expertise in SQL allows you to extract and manipulate data effectively, enabling you to derive actionable insights that drive marketing strategies. You are proficient in Google Analytics, using it to track and analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion metrics. Your analytical mindset helps you identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions, and you are comfortable presenting your findings to stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives. You are curious and eager to learn, always seeking to improve your skills and knowledge in the field of analytics.

Desirable

Experience with additional analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI would be a plus, as would familiarity with A/B testing methodologies. A background in the travel or experiences industry can provide valuable context for your analyses, helping you understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector.

What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, providing insights that help shape future strategies. You will collaborate with the marketing team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards that track progress against these metrics. Your role will involve conducting deep dives into data to uncover insights that inform marketing tactics and improve client engagement. You will also work closely with product teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with product launches and updates. Regularly presenting your findings to senior management will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you help guide strategic decisions based on data. You will participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and collaborate on projects that enhance the overall client experience.
