You are a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory matters, particularly within the APAC region. You possess a strong understanding of international laws and regulations, and you are adept at identifying and mitigating risks while seizing opportunities for the business. Your commercial mindset allows you to act as a true business partner, providing high-quality legal advice that aligns with the company's strategic goals. You have a proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and are known for your strong professional ethics and integrity. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are intellectually curious, always eager to learn and adapt to new legal challenges.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead on regulatory matters across various APAC countries, including Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. You will work closely with the international Legal Team to ensure compliance and protect the company's interests. Your responsibilities will include delivering strategic legal advice, managing risks, and navigating the complexities of a global business. You will also engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions that support business objectives. Your role will require you to stay updated on regulatory changes and trends in the luxury fashion industry, ensuring that Farfetch remains compliant and competitive in the market.
