What you'll do

In this role, you will lead on regulatory matters across the APAC region, providing expert legal advice to support Farfetch's operations in countries such as Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China, South Korea, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. You will collaborate closely with the wider international Legal Team to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations while navigating the complexities of a global marketplace. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential legal risks, advising on regulatory changes, and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.

You will also play a key role in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and policies to ensure they align with regulatory requirements. Your ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including operations, compliance, and business development, will be crucial in driving the company's success in the APAC region. You will be expected to stay updated on legal developments and trends that may impact the business, proactively advising stakeholders on necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
