Who you are
You have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with experience in imports, customs clearance, and warehouse operations. Your attention to detail ensures that all import documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with 3PL partners to maintain inventory accuracy and process efficiency. Your communication skills allow you to effectively resolve order discrepancies and shipping issues, providing excellent support to the customer service team. You are passionate about the products you handle, understanding the importance of delivering Fender's iconic instruments and accessories to customers worldwide. You are adaptable and can manage multiple tasks during peak seasons and product launches, ensuring that quality standards are upheld throughout the fulfillment journey.
What you'll do
