Who you are
You have experience in international logistics workflows and are fluent in both English and Mandarin, written and spoken, which allows you to effectively communicate in a global environment. Your practical experience managing last-mile logistics for overseas warehouses has equipped you with the skills to coordinate with major carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL. You possess in-depth knowledge of international customs clearance procedures and reverse logistics workflows for product returns, ensuring smooth operations across borders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and on time. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including carriers and warehouse teams, to manage the flow of goods and resolve any logistical challenges that arise.
