Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in quality management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments. You understand the importance of quality assurance in delivering high-quality products and have a proven track record of implementing effective quality control processes. You are a natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at working cross-functionally to drive quality initiatives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate quality standards and expectations clearly to your team and stakeholders. What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the quality assurance processes at Fictiv, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality. You will develop and implement quality control procedures, conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
