You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your ability to empathize with users and understand their needs drives your design decisions. You are familiar with the latest design tools and methodologies, particularly Figma, and are always looking to improve your skills and knowledge in the field.
What you'll do
As a Staff UX Designer at Fiddler AI, you will lead the design efforts for our AI monitoring and evaluation platform. You will collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to create user experiences that simplify complex AI concepts and enhance user understanding. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our AI solutions are not only effective but also trustworthy and transparent.
