Job Description
Who you are
You are an engineer with a strong foundation in AI and machine learning principles — you understand how to design and build intelligent systems that can automate complex workflows. You have experience with Python and are familiar with various machine learning frameworks, enabling you to prototype and iterate quickly. You value collaboration and are excited about working in-person with a team in San Francisco. You are adaptable and open to feedback, eager to grow your skills and take ownership of your projects.
Desirable
Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their integration into workflows is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise systems and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable AI solutions will set you apart. You thrive in environments that encourage innovation and are passionate about leveraging AI to solve real-world problems.
What you'll do

You will design and implement agentic systems that automate tasks and improve efficiency. Your role will involve translating complex customer problems into concrete agent behaviors, ensuring that the solutions you create are reliable and effective. You will integrate various tools and systems, including LLMs, to create cohesive agent experiences that meet enterprise standards.
You will also focus on AI-native engineering execution, using AI as a core leverage in your design and development processes. Prototyping quickly to resolve uncertainties will be a key part of your workflow, followed by hardening systems for reliability in production. You will build evaluation and feedback mechanisms to ensure that the agents you develop improve over time, contributing to the overall success of the company.
