Who you are
You have 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on writing exceptional, production-ready code. You are proficient in multiple programming languages and have a passion for the craft of coding, ensuring that your work is both elegant and efficient.
You have a proven track record of building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs). Your experience includes developing scalable applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, which allows you to effectively address complex customer needs.
You thrive on solving challenging problems and are comfortable with self-teaching and experimentation. You approach new challenges with curiosity and a desire to understand the underlying principles, often asking “why?” to deepen your knowledge.
You are ready to embrace the startup environment, demonstrating a proactive attitude and the ability to jump in without hesitation. Your adaptability and willingness to take initiative make you a valuable addition to any team.
What you'll do
As an AI Engineer at Fractional AI, you will play a crucial role in building and deploying AI applications tailored to our customers' needs. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.
Your responsibilities will include shaping the engineering culture within Fractional AI as we grow to over 100 engineers. You will contribute to the development of LLM applications, ensuring they are deployed successfully in various environments.
You will work on diverse projects, gaining exposure to a wide range of use cases and industries, which will enhance your skills and experience in the AI field. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our clients and the overall mission of Fractional AI.
