Desirable

What you'll do
As the Lead Data Scientist at Fieldguide, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that enhance the visibility and performance of audit and advisory services. You will work closely with product teams to define the data requirements for Fieldguide Insights, ensuring that the product meets the needs of its users. Your role will involve analyzing complex datasets to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency. You will lead initiatives to automate data collection and processing, streamlining workflows for audit practitioners. Collaboration with engineering teams will be essential as you work to integrate data solutions into the broader product ecosystem. You will also mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
