What you'll do
In this role, you will build and lead the Product Support team at Figma, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will set strategic direction for the team, ensuring that they have the resources and support needed to excel. Your leadership will involve managing, coaching, and empowering team members to meet their KPIs, driving performance and accountability.
You will partner with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to address customer needs and feedback.
