What you'll do
As a Customer Enablement Manager at Figma, you will work directly with our larger customers to help them derive maximum value from the Figma Weave platform. You will design and deliver tailored enablement strategies that drive product adoption and uncover new use cases. Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure a seamless and impactful customer experience. Your role will involve conducting training sessions, creating educational materials, and providing ongoing support to customers.
