What you'll do
As the Engineering Manager for the Developer Tools team at Figma, you will lead a group of talented engineers focused on building and expanding Figma’s developer offerings. You will oversee projects like Dev Mode, MCP, and Code Connect, ensuring that your team has the resources and support needed to succeed. Your role will involve defining the future of Figma’s developer tools, helping to incubate and lead new product development initiatives.
You will partner closely with product and design teams to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment on project goals. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating career development discussions. You will also be involved in strategic planning, helping to shape the direction of the developer tools initiative at Figma.
