What you'll do

In this role, you will lead all aspects of ARR, headcount, and expense planning for Figma's Sales business. This includes developing annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reporting, as well as conducting weekly performance reviews to ensure alignment with business goals. You will define performance measurements and set targets that drive accountability and growth, ensuring that the company allocates and deploys its resources efficiently.

You will partner with various teams across the organization to address pressing business issues and provide financial analyses that inform strategic decisions. Your insights will be crucial in shaping the future of Figma's financial strategy, and you will have the opportunity to influence key business outcomes through your work.
