Who you are
You have a strong background in finance with experience in strategic planning and investment optimization — your analytical skills allow you to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions. You thrive in cross-functional environments and can effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Your expertise in financial modeling and data analysis enables you to forecast revenue accurately and measure the ROI of marketing programs — you understand the dynamics of go-to-market strategies and can bridge the gap between data and execution. You are comfortable working closely with senior leaders, including the Chief Marketing Officer, to influence resource allocation and performance measurement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with the marketing team to provide end-to-end financial support, including revenue forecasting and strategic pipeline analysis — your insights will directly impact how resources are allocated to drive customer acquisition and growth strategies. You will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of marketing programs and conducting headcount and capacity planning for the Business Development organization.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, bringing a deep understanding of GTM dynamics and business storytelling — your work will help shape the financial strategy of the organization. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
