What you'll do

You will serve as the primary administrator for Ironclad, overseeing workflow configuration, template management, and integrations with platforms like Salesforce. Your responsibilities will include identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing technology-driven solutions to streamline the legal team's processes. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure that legal operations align with the company's objectives and support its growth. As Figma continues to expand, you will play a crucial role in crafting efficient contracting motions and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the legal team. You will also be responsible for training team members on the use of legal tech tools and ensuring that best practices are followed across the organization.
