You have a deep understanding of design principles and a genuine love for the design community — your experience in advocacy or community engagement has equipped you with the skills to empower users effectively. You excel at creating compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences, whether through written articles or engaging videos. Your collaborative spirit shines as you work closely with Sales and Customer Experience teams to unlock the full potential of Figma for federal, state, and local government customers.
You possess strong storytelling abilities that allow you to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively — your passion for design drives you to advocate for users' voices within the organization, ensuring their needs shape product evolution. You are comfortable navigating regulated environments and understand the unique challenges faced by public sector organizations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will empower users at scale by collaborating with Sales and Customer Experience teams to help government customers maximize their use of Figma. You will create engaging written and video resources tailored to the needs of these users, fostering a deeper connection with the Figma community. Your advocacy efforts will focus on supporting public sector organizations as they modernize their design and collaboration processes, ensuring they can leverage Figma's capabilities effectively.
You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to develop go-to-market strategies that resonate with users. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in shaping product evolution, as you champion users' voices internally. You will also engage with the design community, building relationships and facilitating meaningful interactions that enhance Figma's presence in the public sector.
