You have a solid background in Computer Science fundamentals and experience building and running complex large-scale services. You are passionate about creating tools that simplify the operation of large-scale infrastructure and improving operational maturity. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to work closely with engineering teams to define best practices around reliability, durability, scalability, and performance.
You understand the importance of end-to-end reliability and are committed to driving initiatives that support production engineering efforts. What you'll do
At Figma, you will work closely with the engineering team to define standard methodologies and goals around reliability, durability, scalability, and performance.
