What you'll do

At Figma, you will work closely with the engineering team to define standard methodologies and goals around reliability, durability, scalability, and performance. You will address common operational challenges through better tooling and processes, enabling product teams to rapidly deliver new features. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the infrastructure supports the needs of the product teams effectively.
