What you'll do

As a Strategic Program Manager at Figma, you will serve as a key member of the Product Support leadership team, working closely with the VP and other leaders to shape and accelerate initiatives that define the next chapter of the organization. You will orchestrate the annual planning process, ensuring that the team moves with velocity and clarity. Your role will involve evaluating and shaping business-critical ideas through research and analysis, developing business cases, and crafting communication plans that effectively convey strategic direction.

You will lead efforts to drive organizational and cross-functional alignment, ensuring that all teams are working towards common goals. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining workflows. You will also be responsible for building the planning and prioritization infrastructure that enables the team to operate efficiently.
