Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to partner effectively with various stakeholders, including People, Legal, Finance, and Security teams. You are passionate about creating a positive and compliant workforce ecosystem that supports both employees and contingent workers.
Desirable
Experience in the tech industry or with contingent workforce management is a plus. Familiarity with compliance and legal considerations in workforce management will help you navigate the complexities of this role. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and improve processes, and you have a knack for designing frameworks that scale with the organization.
What you'll do
As the Strategic Program Manager for Contingent Workforce at Figma, you will be responsible for building and owning the global contingent workforce strategy.
