What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end management of design programs related to AI initiatives at Figma. This includes planning, prioritization, coordination, risk management, and communication across various teams. You will partner closely with AI design leadership to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and efficiently, helping to scale operations as Figma's AI capabilities expand.

You will be responsible for facilitating design evaluations, enabling internal AI initiatives, and managing critical product initiatives on the roadmap.
