You have a strong background in program management, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational change. You understand the importance of structure and visibility in project management, particularly in the context of AI enablement. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with diverse teams, including Product, Engineering Services, Compliance, Learning, and Operations. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and accountability. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate project goals and progress to stakeholders at all levels. You are committed to fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency within the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead company-wide initiatives focused on AI adoption and scaling. You will manage projects that standardize processes and implement governance to ensure AI tools meet security and compliance standards. Your responsibilities will include project managing high-impact change initiatives, from new tool rollouts to updated workflows. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that all Chimers have the necessary tools and support to work smarter and faster. You will measure the impact of AI enablement efforts and report on progress to senior leadership. Your role will be pivotal in driving measurable productivity gains across the organization.
What we offer
Chime offers a competitive salary starting at $130,050 and going up to $180,600, depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time employees are eligible for bonuses and a competitive equity package.
