You understand the intricacies of product lifecycle management and have a proven track record of driving products from ideation to launch and beyond. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and improve user experiences. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to create impactful products that meet customer needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about leveraging technology to transform traditional markets.
Desirable
Experience in digital asset marketplaces or blockchain technology is a plus. Familiarity with user experience design principles and methodologies will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working with data analytics tools and can translate insights into actionable product strategies. A background in fintech or a related field will be beneficial as you navigate the complexities of financial products.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product lifecycle for Figure's digital asset marketplace. You will lead the ideation process, collaborating with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy. Your responsibilities will include roadmap planning, prioritizing features based on user feedback and market research, and overseeing the launch of new products. Post-launch, you will analyze product performance and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. You will own the user experience, ensuring that both retail and institutional customers have a seamless interaction with the platform. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable tasks, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the development process.
