What you'll do

As a Product Manager at Atticus, you will own the roadmap for enhancing our platform, focusing on features that improve the client experience and streamline the process of connecting individuals with the right legal assistance. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and implement solutions that simplify the user journey from case evaluation to lawyer matching. You will conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product iterations, ensuring that our offerings are aligned with user needs and expectations.

You will also be responsible for defining success metrics for your projects and analyzing data to measure the impact of new features. Collaborating with marketing and customer support teams, you will ensure that product launches are successful and that users are well-informed about new functionalities. You will participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to keep them updated on progress and gather insights that can shape future product developments.
